About AndPayments
AndPayments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses, and for businesses globally that need India-grade payments infrastructure. We operate across Payments, RegTech, B2B SaaS and Prepaid Instruments. These are not separate bets. They are a deliberate stack: compliance infrastructure that enables payment products that enable financial instruments, all built together rather than bolted together.
We move fast because we have to. We care deeply about compliance because we build on regulated infrastructure, and because we believe compliance done right is a competitive moat, not just a cost of doing business. We use AI as a primary operating layer, not as a productivity add-on. If you want to spend the next few years building something that will define how Indian businesses transact, and eventually how businesses transact globally, this is where you should be.
About the role
We are hiring a TASC Relationship Manager to own and grow our TASC (Trust, Association, Society, Club) portfolio — acquiring new institutional relationships, deepening existing ones through cross-sell, and ensuring every account runs compliant, profitable, and smooth.
You will be the single point of contact for your assigned TASC clients, from first conversation to onboarding to ongoing portfolio growth. This is a relationship-owner role with real accountability — you build the funnel, you close the account, and you're the one who ensures it stays healthy and grows over time.
What you'll do
Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new TASC accounts (trusts, associations, societies, clubs) through networking, referrals, and collaboration with key market relationship points — CAs, consultants, industry bodies, and existing clients.
- Build a healthy funnel and convert leads into active, revenue-generating relationships.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned TASC clients, addressing concerns and service requests proactively.
- Ensure KYC/onboarding documentation is completed accurately as per entity-specific regulatory requirements — trust deeds, society registration, club by-laws, FEMA compliance guidelines, and more.
- Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve client issues, ensure timely escalation handling, and enable smooth transaction execution.
Cross-Sell & Portfolio Deepening
- Identify and penetrate additional product opportunities within existing relationships — GRC & APAR tools, Sound Box, QR payments, and cross-border payment acceptance solutions.
- Position the full product suite to increase wallet share per client.
Portfolio Management & Profitability
- Track portfolio profitability, transaction volumes, and revenue trends.
- Monitor transaction flows to identify risk, drop-offs, or growth opportunities.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive account reviews.
What we're looking for
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years in corporate/branch banking or institutional sales, with specific exposure to handling Trust, Association, Society & Club (TASC) accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Institutional/B2B sales acumen.
- Analytical and portfolio management ability.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management across internal teams.
- Sound understanding of RBI/regulatory KYC norms and documentation requirements specific to trusts, societies, associations, and clubs.
- Familiarity with operational guidelines governing TASC accounts.
How we'll measure success
New Client Acquisition
- Number / value of new TASC accounts onboarded per quarter
Onboarding Turnaround
- Average KYC/onboarding completion time (TAT)
Cross-Sell Penetration
- Number of products per client (GRC, APAR, cross-border, QR – Sound Boxes); cross-sell ratio
Portfolio Profitability
- Revenue/profitability growth of managed portfolio vs. target
Transaction Monitoring
- Transaction volume/value growth; anomaly or drop-off identification – Capture vs. Failures, Drops, Bounces (Success Ratios)
