About the role
We are looking for a GRC Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing GRC platforms. You will convert approved solution designs and functional requirements into working GRC solutions through configuration, workflows, integrations, automation, testing and deployment. This is a technology implementation role, not a customer-success or account-management role.
What you'll do
- Configure GRC applications, modules, workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions, dashboards and reports based on approved solution designs.
- Implement GRC processes across Risk, Compliance, Policy & Controls, Audit, TPRM and related modules.
- Translate functional requirements into platform configurations and technical specifications.
- Develop workflows, notifications, calculations, rules and automation required for customer-specific processes.
- Configure dashboards and reports for operational and management reporting.
- Develop and support data imports, feeds and integrations with customer systems.
- Work with APIs, SFTP, ETL or equivalent integration mechanisms as required.
- Perform configuration-level scripting/customisation where supported by the GRC platform.
- Conduct unit, system and integration testing and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, data and integration issues and drive them to resolution.
- Manage configuration migration across development, test and production environments.
- Prepare technical configuration and deployment documentation.
- Work closely with the GRC Consultant to validate that the implemented solution reflects agreed business requirements.
- Support technical discussions with customer IT/GRC teams when required.
- Contribute to estimation and technical feasibility assessment during pre-sales where required.
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years of hands-on GRC platform implementation experience.
- Strong implementation experience with at least one major GRC platform such as RSA Archer, MetricStream or ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
- Strong understanding of GRC data models, workflows, roles, access controls, forms, dashboards and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with platform configuration and customisation.
- Experience with data feeds, imports and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, ETL or equivalent integration mechanisms.
- Experience with scripting/automation relevant to the GRC platform being implemented.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, defect management and deployment processes.
- Ability to convert functional requirements into technical configurations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing GRC solutions for BFSI customers.
- Experience across multiple GRC modules.
- Relevant platform certification.
- Experience with cloud/SaaS GRC implementations and environment migration.
